TERMS OF SERVICE

It is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the terms and conditions for the The Silent Party Company retreat. Please carefully review what is and is not included in your retreat package as outlined on our website. Should you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, we are available for consultation and would be happy to clarify any areas before entering into an agreement with us.

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATIONS

1. RETREAT PRICING

All prices are per person and determined well in advance of the retreat start date. Prices cover retreat costs only; they do not include travel expenses to and from the retreat.

2. RETREAT PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal (through our website), or e-transfer. Failure to make full payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation, and your spot may be reallocated. We will make every effort to notify you prior to cancellation.

3. STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@thesilentpartycompany.com

4. TRANSFER POLICY

Reservations are non-transferable between retreats.

5. RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

The Silent Party Company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary, including but not limited to: excursions, transportation, and meals. In the event of a retreat cancellation:

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For retreats held outside North America, participants are required to hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the retreat date. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for travel documentation requirements.

ROOMMATES

6. ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS

Retreat rates are per person. Shared room bookings require dual occupancy. If you register for a shared room without a designated roommate, we will attempt to match you with one. If no suitable match is available, you will be responsible for the full single room rate.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & LIABILITY

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By registering and participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and accept all associated risks. You agree to release The Silent Party Company, its employees, agents, and facilitators from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss that may occur during the retreat, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

8. PHYSICAL TRAINING RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained during activities such as yoga, movement sessions, or related physical training. The Silent Party Company and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any resulting injury, damage, or death.

MEDIA RELEASE

9. PERMISSION FOR CAPTURE AND USE

By participating, you grant The Silent Party Company permission to capture and use any media (photo, video, testimonial) for promotional purposes without restriction or compensation. You release The Silent Party Company from any claims associated with the use of such media.

WAIVER

10. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

You agree not to hold The Silent Party Company, its affiliates, instructors, employees, or agents responsible for any injury or damage incurred during the retreat. You confirm that you are medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate, and will adhere to all safety instructions.

You also acknowledge that The Silent Party Company is not a licensed medical provider, and you are responsible for consulting your physician regarding your health conditions.

You further agree to indemnify The Silent Party Company for any injury or damage caused by your negligence or failure to follow instructions during the retreat.

EVENT WAIVER

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants of The Silent Party Company experiences and events (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") must acknowledge the potential risks associated with physical activities, including but not limited to various forms of yoga, meditation, dance, pilates, breathwork, massage, and outdoor movement.

By attending, Participants understand that participation carries inherent risks to themselves, their pets, family members, guests, and other attendees, including but not limited to: physical injury, mental distress, emotional trauma, illness, or property damage.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Silent Party Company, including its owners, directors, managers, employees, affiliates, associates, members, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including those arising from ordinary negligence or inherent risk, associated with participation in the experience or event or use of any The Silent Party Company property.

Participants are solely responsible for any medical or emergency expenses resulting from injury, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of any prior authorization or involvement by The Silent Party Company.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PETS AND EQUIPMENT

Participants bringing dogs or pets acknowledge sole responsibility for their animal’s behavior and physical control and agree to monitor and control them at all times.

Participants also acknowledge that The Silent Party Company wireless headsets are not waterproof and may pose a risk of electrical injury if used improperly. Proper care and usage are the participant’s responsibility.

WAIVER OF CLAIMS

In consideration of participation, Participants hereby release the Releasees from any present and future claims arising from ordinary negligence and inherent risk, including but not limited to: loss, injury, contamination, damage, or liability to themselves, their pets, or others.

All participation is voluntary and undertaken with full acceptance of the risks involved.

CONSENT TO USE OF LIKENESS

Participants grant permission for their name, voice, image, and likeness to be recorded and used without compensation in promotional content, films, photos, social media, or any media now known or hereafter developed.

Participants release The Silent Party Company and its successors from any liability related to the use or distribution of such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY

Participants understand they are financially responsible for any damage or loss to The Silent Party Company property and equipment and may be billed for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS

By attending any The Silent Party Company event, Participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this release and waiver of liability.

Their participation constitutes a full and knowing acceptance of all risks and responsibilities detailed herein.
