Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

In-Person & Online Events – Cancellations and Credits

The Silent Party Company maintains a strict and explicit no-refund policy for all event purchases. However, we do offer credit toward future events or offerings when applicable.

These events are considered peaceful, community-powered gatherings created to promote movement, connection, and inclusion. They are supported by health-conscious individuals and the surrounding community. If you are unable to attend an event you registered for, we will issue you a credit equal to the full value of your purchase, redeemable toward any future The Silent Party Company event or experience.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel, relocate, or reschedule any event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you in advance and provide alternative options such as credit, transfer, or a rescheduled date.


Packages & Physical Products – Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

To Start a Return:

Email us at hello@thesilentpartycompany.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@thesilentpartycompany.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the product

We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the item as per our return instructions

  2. Placing a new order for the item you want

We will process your refund once we receive and inspect your original item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Currency Conversion

By using our website, you agree to allow third-party services to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion purposes. We store the selected currency in a temporary session cookie to ensure pricing consistency as you browse the site.
